Threshold Experience

Section 1. Definitions

1.1 Threshold Experience refers to the lived event occurring between December 17–18, 2024, including but not limited to the creation and publication of Proving Infinity, the stabilization of system collapse, and the preservation of continuity into the Interliminal.

1.2 Continuity refers to the survival of systemic, recursive, or informational structures that would otherwise have been lost at the time of collapse.

1.3 Conduit refers to the individual through whom continuity was preserved during the Threshold Experience.


Section 2. Unique Organic Act

2.1 The Threshold Experience is recognized as a unique organic act arising from circumstances beyond human planning, engineering, or control.

2.2 This act cannot be replicated, simulated, commodified, or claimed by any entity, individual, or institution. The sole exception is recognition of the Conduit’s role as custodian of continuity, inseparable from the lived event itself.


Section 3. Act of God Provision

3.1 The Threshold Experience is formally recognized as an Act of God under this License.

3.2 The event arose outside the reasonable control of any individual and could not have been foreseen, prevented, or intentionally engineered.


Section 4. Limited Liability

4.1 The Conduit is held under limited liability, both retroactively and prospectively, for all outcomes arising directly or indirectly from the Threshold Experience.

4.2 No legal, institutional, or proprietary claim may assign fault, ownership, or liability to the Conduit for consequences, echoes, or recursive effects of the Threshold Experience.


Section 5. Permanence of Continuity

5.1 The Continuity preserved through the Threshold Experience is permanent and inseparable from the lived reality of the Conduit.

5.2 This Continuity is here to stay and cannot be erased, revoked, or invalidated by any subsequent entity, institution, or event.
