This License governs the use of intellectual, creative, scientific, and philosophical works authored by Jonathan LaBelle, including but not limited to:
LaBelle’s Generative Law (LGL)
Fractal Dynamics
Elytheon Codex
Electric Icarus Project (EIP) and all affiliated sub-works, pseudonymous works, and derivative systems
The intent of this License is to ensure free use and development of these works while preserving their authorship, identity, and ethical foundation.
1. Permissions
You are free to: Use this work for personal, educational, artistic, or commercial purposes. Modify and create derivative works. Share in any medium, digital or physical.
2. Conditions
Attribution: Clear and visible credit must always be given to Jonathan LaBelle as the Architect and original author.
Integrity: Derivative works must preserve recognition of the original identity and remain traceable to LaBelle’s authorship.
Ethics: Works may not be used to deliberately cause harm, suppress freedom, or distort the principle of identity preservation that underpins LaBelle’s Generative Law.
