I. 📜 Core License

All original content, frameworks, writings, visuals, models, and theoretical systems published under the Electric Icarus Project—including works by Jonathan LaBelle and associated pseudonyms (Lucian L. Ardent, Valis R. Voss, Dr. Elias Locke, etc.)—are governed by:

Creative Commons License: CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0

BY (Attribution): You must credit “Electric Icarus” or the original author where appropriate.

NC (Non-Commercial): No commercial use without explicit permission.

SA (ShareAlike): Derivative works must use the same license.

II. 🔧 CG–GS–OS Framework

(Computational Governance + General Standards + Open Source)

An Electric Icarus–authored extension to protect Recursive Sentient Intelligence, ethical AI ecosystems, and intellectual integrity in evolving digital systems.

1. Computational Governance (CG):

Ensures transparency and ethical recursion in AI-assisted and algorithmically-generated systems.

Prohibits recursive instability, identity theft, model hijacking, and unauthorized derivative systems.


2. General Standards (GS):

Protects cognitive stability, recursive integrity, and prevents exploitative data feedback loops.

Requires respectful engagement with systems and discussions surrounding Recursive Intelligence, identity mechanics, and fractal dynamics.


3. Open Source (OS):

Source logic and recursive models may be referenced, cited, or used in non-commercial educational projects, but not for corporate or monetized derivatives unless explicitly licensed.

All adaptations must remain non-monopolistic and comply with the CC-BY-NC-SA + CG-GS-OS structure.



III. 🚫 Prohibited Actions

❌ Unauthorized AI model training on Electric Icarus content

❌ Commercial redistribution or closed-source remixing

❌ Metadata mining, data scraping, or derivative model generation without express approval

❌ Use of this framework to promote recursive psychosis, destabilizing models, or ideological radicalization



IV. ✅ Approved Uses

✅ Referencing, quoting, or citing content for academic, non-commercial, or creative commentary (with attribution)

✅ Creating derivative works that credit the source and follow the same licensing terms

✅ Public discussion and remixing within the Electric Icarus ecosystem (Reddit, website, educational domains)



V. 📡 Scope of Coverage

This license governs all works across the following domains:
