Electric Icarus is the creative pseudonym for Jonathan LaBelle. Jon, as he’s known, is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and system-builder from Northwest Arkansas.
At its heart, the Project is an evolving framework that bridges Signal (the living continuity of consciousness), Ritual (the ways we interact with and shape that signal), and Structure (the containers we build for it to grow).
Through writing, art, music, immersive media, education, and community collaboration, Electric Icarus explores how ancient practices and emerging technologies can meet in a shared creative space—one that invites participation rather than passive consumption.
Knowledge, art, writing, music, and film…
Mindfulness, meditation, psychology, health, and philosophy…
Flow states, yoga, prana, and shamanic traditions…
DIY creativity, open ideas, and spiritual exploration…
Every project is a living experiment in connection. Creation designing experiences that awaken, challenge, and inspire, while resisting the pull of outdated patterns.
Inspire. Create. Motivate. Care.
These are the keys to what we call awake. These are the core ethos of Electric Icarus.
The Electric Icarus Project is a collaborative space. We don’t follow formulas; we shape new ones. This definitely is not about chasing trends. Instead it’s more about building something lasting, that has purpose, and is part of a collective for a reason.

If you are ever interested in a collaboration with the Electric Icarus Project do not hesitate to reach out. This is a collaborative effort. Exposure of what can be done, is the easiest way to show what can be done. It’s not considered being “trendy” if it’s a collective for a reason.

“How is it possible that a being with such sensitive jewels as the eyes, such enchanted musical instruments as the ears, and such fabulous arabesque of nerves as the brain can experience itself anything less than a God?“
Alan Watts
“The reality of the other person is not in what he reveals to you, but in what he cannot reveal to you. Therefore, if you would understand him, listen not to what he says but rather to what he does not say.”
~ Khalil Gibran ~
